MESA, Ariz. — The Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority (PMGAA) is hosting an
Industry, Developer, and Investment Forum in Mesa to bring together airport industry professionals, real estate developers, and firms interested in the investment potential of PMGAA. An exact date has yet to be announced but expected to be held in January
2016.
The Forum, hosted by CH2MHill, will be an opportunity for the public and potential business partners to learn about PMGAA and associated opportunities. In addition, PMGAA staff will have an opportunity to gather feedback and input from market participants
on their perspective of near and long term development concepts.
Under the leadership of PMGAA, the Forum will serve as a launching point for a competitive procurement effort that may result in the selection of a private partner or partners to explore.
• Master Development;
• Financing;
• Design and Construction;
• Operation and/or Maintenance
The Forum would also encourage networking to facilitate introductions between local and non-local businesses, developers and investors.
